OMG I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this Hair steamer. I took the time to read over all the reviews and took the good reviews and the bad reviews and took all them into consideration. I even went as far as going to YouTube and looking at videos with the same Hair Steamer. I have never hand any problems with water leaking or anything only with the distilled water or regular old bottle water it made the steamer make that loud whistling noise so I’ll try it with just plain oh tapwater and it worked just fine without the whistling noise even though the instructions call for distilled water or regular bottled water the tap water worked just fine with NO Whistling noise if you’re looking for a good hair steamer this is the one yes it has a lot of bad reviews but it also has a lot of good reviews I had no problem as of yet I’m loving itI loveeee the steamer. It was easily to assemble even though they weren't they clear on how to assemble. It work wonderfully my clients love it. It's well worth the money!!!It's portable. Easy to assemble. Great value for your money.This stopped working after two uses. During the use it didn’t produce enough steam. Midway through the second use it started to scream a high pitch beep and would continue to do so every time you plug it in and turn it on. Do not purchase. Waste of money.It didn’t have a switch for off and on got to hot for clients head. They would not let me send it back. Bad customer service. It should have had a year warranty.I love it , great purchase
